- This is an invitation to an information session for service providers and an announcement about starting a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender. procurement of services for the elderly, which would be implemented using an alliance model. In the alliance, the parties to the contract, the service provider or a group consisting of several service providers and Keusote, take over the project jointly. Alliance model is an operating model based on alliance principles. In the alliance, the contracting parties share the benefits and risks of the project, set common goals and decide on alliance issues together. The actors in the alliance commit to the alliance's operating principles, cooperation and building trust, as well as planning and invoicing based on a common commercial model and open books. The alliance is designed to cover services for the elderly with limited service packages and areas.
