The welfare area of ​​Länsi-Uusimaa surveys Service Providers' interest in special cleaning services to tender. The object of the procurement is special cleaning services, which are needed both for the residents of the welfare area and for the welfare area's own facilities. The subscriber has identified the following services at this stage: - Clearing cleaning services - Odor removal services - Allergy cleaning and disinfection services - Mud cleaning - Pest control and pest management - Removal of graffiti - Special cleaning service for damage restoration sites Service providers interested in procurement are asked to notify their interest in the purchase by e-mail. The market dialogue is tentatively planned to take place in early 2026 with one-on-one Teams negotiations. The customer invites the Service Providers who have expressed their interest separately to negotiations and reserves the right limit the number of Service Providers invited to negotiations. Expressing interest in the request for information does not bind the Service Provider to participate in the tender, nor is it a prerequisite for the actual tender later on for participation.
