MARKET DIALOGUE
The subject of the market dialogue is the acquisition of a technical communication expert service for the needs of the Norwegian Railways Agency, which is being prepared.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES
The object of the procurement is the publication service of the Norwegian Railways Agency and the technical communication expert service. A whole to be acquiredwill be used for the production and publication of the Finnish Railways Agency's technical and safety instructions, guidelines for procurement, as well as other instruction, content and publication entities.
Technical communication expert servicefor lua, the Finnish Vaeylaevirasto procures information planning, technical writing and technical illustration, as well as the publication of the contents produced with this operating model through the content management system managed by the supplier to the publishing channels defined by the Finnish Vaeylaefirosto. The publication service takes care of siensures that the published instructions are in accordance with the Vaeylaevirasto's graphic design, obtains the necessary numbers and approvals for the publications and takes the publications into the case management system (electronic signature and permanent storage). If necessary, the publication service provides language maintenance, illustrations, etc. for publicationscoordinate the translation of abstracts. The publication service ensures that the instruction list is up-to-date.
