Description:
The culture and leisure sector of the city of Helsinki is preparing the procurement of attendance counting equipment and services for the sector's needs and invites suppliers to sign up for a market dialogue regarding the procurement. The invitation can be found in its entirety in Appendix 1, Invitation to market dialogue.Dialogue primarily implemented as a written commentary on the draft material in Finnish. The goal of the first phase of the dialogue is to take place from 15 December 2025. Editors are asked to register for the dialogue by Friday 5 December 2025 at 16:00 at: https://forms.office.com/e/WN1KYHJECk. The link should be copied and then pasted into the address bar of the browser. Based on the registrations for the dialogue, the subscriber chooses 3 10 suppliers at his own discretion, so that the selected suppliers comprehensively represent solutions that are suitable for different types of facilities and meet the needs of the subscriber. The aim of the dialogue is primarily to select suppliers who have already accumulated experience and lessons from the use of the solutions they offer in specifically similar spaces. Participation in the dialogue is voluntary and no compensation is paid for it. Participation in the dialogue is not obligatory the supplier to participate in the procurement procedure for the subsequent acquisition and participation in the dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in the relevant procurement procedure.
