- The procurement that is the subject of the market survey includes the services of the four (4) home care areas of the Central Finland welfare region. A short description of the procurement object is in the appendix. The acquisition involves the transfer of business. PURPOSE OF THE MARKET DIALOGUE The purpose of the market dialogue is to survey the market operating companies and their possibilities to carry out procurement in accordance with the needs of the welfare region of Central Finland. The market dialogue resolves questions related to procurement tendering, so that the procurement can be carried out in the most expedient way possible.MARKET DIALOGUE IMPLEMENTATION Participate in the market survey by responding in the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal, which can be accessed by pressing the 'Participate' button. Any company operating in the market or intending to enter the market can participate if they so wish. We ask for answers to the questions as possible in advance in writing. The same themes will be discussed in the market dialogue meetings. Teams meetings will be organized for willing operators on Thursday 11 December 2025 from 8 am to 4 pm and on Wednesday 17 December 2025 from 8 am to 4 pm. About 45 minutes per attempt have been reserved. Enrollment after the Central Finland welfare region, we will contact operators to agree on a time.
