This is an invitation to market dialogue, not a contract notice. This advance notice does not shorten the deadlines. Market dialogue is linked to a possible future acquisition of information management service production from the Northern Ostrobothnia Association. The targets and grouping of the acquisition are refined and determined by possibleby invitation to tender to be published. Initially, the acquisition focuses on the production of information management services from the Northern Ostrobothnia Association, which includes capacity, equipment, and maintenance services and security solutions. As part of the market dialoginternally provided as part of the acquisition. Telecommunications, internal network services and name services are not included in market dialogue and any future acquisition. The final content may be specified in the final invitation to tender to be published later.The union's information management services nowadays provide externally capacity services, equipment management services, security solutions and maintenance. The staff of the municipal council provides internally local support services, installations, hardware deployment services and security services.An agreement with a company providing information management services will end at the end of February 2026, which is why the Northern Ostrobothnian Association wants to map potential service packages to produce information management services from March 2026since.
