Description:
The goal of the market dialogue is to map out a salary system suitable for the needs of the city of Naantali. This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a request for information to potential bidders. The focus of the dialogue is on systems that are already in production. Journalists are invited to present systems that are available and where the key functionalities are already implemented. In this context, it is not desired to present solutions that are under development or at the concept level. The city of Naantali considers it important that the ownership and development rights of the software are under the control of the provider, so that we can be sure of the continuity of the payroll service of the city of Naantali and the ability to develop the software during the contract period. The purpose of the request for information is to survey the market and gather information and suppliers' comments, so that a future tender can be held carry out in an appropriate manner. The request for information does not ask for, nor is it given, offers. The companies that participated in the market survey phase are not compensated for their participation. Participating or not participating in the market survey does not prevent a possible procurement procedure participation. The object of the procurement is a payroll system as a SaaS service and, as an option, an HR section in the same system.
