The target of purchasing are Substance abuse services that will be competed for eg. Details and substance abuse rehabilitation. As a detoxification, the acquisition also includes home -based detoxification and substance abuse rehabilitation as a service for open rehabilitation and as a social and medical rehabilitation for institutional rehabilitation. Acquisition Does not include substitution treatment services.
