This document is not a contract notice or a request for tenders, but invites the market dialogue. The City of Helsinki's Urban Environment Act is asking for the market in the market Suppliers information on the purchase of a town planning production instrument. The contracting entity needs to have access to the SaaS solution that can be used to make an easy-to-use town plan (formula map) and handle spatial, CAD and data modeling formulas for drawing up. The design of the town plan is a multi -step process that lasts for 1-3 years, often longer. The planner is responsible for drawing up the formula, but is involved in a number of experts. The final output is a formula map and a formula description with annexes. In the preparation of a formula map Much of the output data in different formats is used and different documents and intermediate versions are created during the process. Approximately 250-300 plan projects are underway. The tool has about 100-150 active users. Currently formula maps are being drawn up Bentley's design software. The town plan process information is managed and text-based documents are produced with a tool called KanaVino, which will be an open source application developed for Helsinki in 2024, which will continue to be in use.
