• MARKET DIALOGUE
  The administration also creates a considerable amount of information assets, which are needed in the construction, maintenance, repair and development of the rail network, as well as in research. A significant type of information asset are track drawings and other documents related to the Finnish Railways Agency's railway system.
  Track drawings are divided into plan and execution drawings, and execution drawings are further divided into archival drawings and operational drawings. A total of different track drawings on currently more than 600,000 pcs.
  The subject of the market dialogue is the management service for the track's operational implementation drawings, which is being prepared, for the needs of the Norwegian Railways Agency.
  The market dialogue concerns the management service of the track's operational implementation drawings, the aim of which is to ensure that the drawings and their high-quality, uniform and up-to-date management of metadata in the organization's drawing management system.
  The service includes system administrator tasks, user support and customer service, material quality management, assisting users in saving drawings and metadata, and in assembling material packages. In addition, the service covers participation in the development of the system and processes, the production of instructions and trainings, and the testing of the system.
  As part of the whole, the management system for track drawings will also be renewed, replacing the current manual one work...
