• MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the procurement of Rail Maintenance planning experts, which is being prepared, for the needs of the Finnish Railways Agency. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The purpose of the market dialogue is to communicate the future of Radanpido's planning services procurement and maps market participants' views on the implementation of the procurement. The content of the procurement is planning and expert tasks for different planning phases related to track maintenance. Expert duties include, for the time being, e.g. track maintenance and the railway network operation, geo-planning, skill structure planning, safety device planning, electric track systems, strong current planning, project evaluation and Digirada's expert tasks. Through market dialogue, the Finnish Railways Agency wants to hear the views of market players related to the delimitation of the content of the procurement and the way of organizing procurement entities (framework arrangement and/or dynamic procurement system).
