• This is an invitation to a market dialogue, which concerns Kaarea Oy's rental services of work clothes and cleaning textiles, as well as the procurement of laundry services. This announcement is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a detailed market survey, i.e. a request for information. The request for information does not bind the person who gave the request for information or those who responded to the request for information. The purpose of this request for information is to inform the market about the upcoming tender, to map the market situation, to enable comments on the future procurement and to receive information about the procurement so that the actual tender can be carried out in the most expedient manner possible. The request for information complements the know-how for preparing the request for tender. This request for information does not ask for or give offers. The procurement unit does not undertake to carry out the procurement based on the request for information, and the presented descriptions / specifications do not bind the customer. The information collected through this request for information will remain completely confidential and will only be used for the purpose of the procurement development and planning. Those who responded to the request for information will not be compensated for responding to the request for information, and Kaarea's procurement activity will not compensate for the costs incurred in responding to the request for information. Registration for the market dialogue is done by responding to this to the information request. Registration must be done by 12:00 on April 17, 2026. After the market dialogue, the procurement unit will tender the services in question.
