• An innovation service to be acquired for the City of Tampere's Employment and Growth Services The City of Tampere's Employment and Growth Services is planning a procurement to support the conditions for employment of university-educated job seekers and international experts companies or start a completely new business. A possible acquisition will strengthen the entrepreneurship and employment of highly educated experts, as well as their ability to build new, impressive and collaborative development-based solutions also applicable to international business. The acquisition strengthens the ecosystem that supports innovation and entrepreneurship. The city of Tampere invites operators who are interested in a possible acquisition to participate for university-educated job seekers for the market dialogue regarding the innovation service to be acquired on Thursday 19 February 2026 from 08:30 to 10:00. The event is organized with a Teams connection. A link to the event and the program of the event will be sent to those who have registered after the registration period has ended. At the event we will present the procurement unit's state of will and thoughts regarding the procurement. In addition, drafts of the sections of the service description will be presented at the event. The subscriber's goal is to reach potential providers and get the providers' views on the service in relation to contents, methods of implementation and structure.
