Description:
This is not a procurement announcement or a request for quotation. This is an invitation to a market dialogue, the purpose of which is to identify potential actors for acquisition for the years 2026-2028 (+ possible options for 1+1 years).
The object of the procurement is the properties of the subscribers registered for joint procurement and statutory periodical inspections of elevators, escalators, fire alarm systems, extinguishing device systems, electrical equipment, pressure equipment, hoists and lift doors in buildings. The objects of the inspections are located in the South Karelia region.
The procurement is divided into six (6) sub-areas as follows:
Section 1 Lifts and escalators
Section 2 Fire alarm systems
Subarea 3 Extinguishing device systems
Section 4 Lifts and lift doors
Section 5 Electrical equipment
Section 6 Pressure equipment
We ask potential bidders for comments and development proposals to implement the acquisition touching. The purpose of the market dialogue is to review the future acquisition, as well as to hear companies' opinions and proposals about the acquisition, contents and pricing criteria. The information revealed in the dialogue is used to plan the acquisition.
