• THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT NOR A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT AN INVITATION TO A MARKET DIALOGUE. An invitation to a Market Dialogue. the future tendering of personnel management services. At the market dialogue event, the purpose and goals of the future procurement and the general procurement process with schedules are presented. There is an opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions at the event. Things on which comments/suggestions are requested (both by answering the request for information and by yourself) at the event are e.g. the following:- Procurement procedure?- Bidders' views on selection criteria (price/quality, incl. distribution of points)- Bidders' possible previous good/bad experiences from a similar bidding process or contract period?- Sufficient reference requirement level?- Required experience of at least two (2) years in the services produced for health care industry operators and included in this procurement period?- Proposed content of the services- Request for tender requirements and customer's service description (see attachments)- Anything else to consider?
