Description:
Lapland's welfare region is planning to tender the workforce of specialist doctors in the fields of psychiatry as a personnel rental. The procurement complements the customer's own service production.
Regarding the future procurement, a market dialogue will be carried out, the purpose of which is to provide information about the future procurement pnor hear potential bidders interested in the acquisition. Lapland's welfare area plans to implement the competition as a framework arrangement in which several service providers are selected as service providers. It is intended to include sub-assemblies in the bidding (preliminary estimate of what is to be acquiredof the amount in person-years):
1. adult psychiatry (3htv)
2. youth psychiatry (1.2htv)
3. child psychiatry (2.5 hours)
4. addiction specialist (0.5htv)
Competitive services are procured for the welfare area of Lapland for offices in the area of responsibility for mental health and addiction treatment and, if necessary, for childrenn and to units providing basic mental health services for young people, for example family counseling centers. The more precise content of the competition will be specified during the preparation of the competition and in the market dialogue. A more precise definition of the parts of the procurement in the procurement notice is still to be evaluated by the procurement unit.
Vuorothe call will start on April 11, 2024 at 9:00-11:00 a.m. via a Microsoft Teams video call. At the event, there will be a discussion about the future procurement and preliminary service description with the participants.
