This announcement is an invitation to market dialogue. This notification is not a contract notice, the invitation to tender and the publication of the notification will not begin the tender.
The City of Helsinki's Asisusikeus Oy (HASO) is planning to own the rights of residence it owns Haso Iiluodontie 6-8 (plot 54123/3 and 54123/8) and HASO Laakavuorentie 14 (plot 47322/2) Real estate repairs to be carried out in 2026.
Haso Iiluodontie 6-8 and Haso Laakavuorentie 14 will be tendered and implemented as separate construction contracts.
Haso Iiluodontie 6-8 has two apartment buildings completed in 1994 A total of 123 apartments (about 7,380 asm2).
Housing repairs are intended to include the replacement of all dwellings and home appliances, renewing other fixed furniture, renewing water fixtures, renewing the dry space of the dwellings, and sockets and light switches renewal. The walls of the stairwells are painted. In addition, a new surface cream will be installed on the roofs, the subfloor conditions will be improved, the depressions of the yard are repaired and the coatings are renewed as needed.
