THIS IS NOT AN ADVANCE NOTICE, PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT AN ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE START OF A MARKET DIALOGUE AS PART OF PROCUREMENT PLANNING.
The Laensi-Uusimaa welfare area is preparing a tender for passenger transportation in the area. The goal is to get the new service into use during 2025. Serviceu includes both individual and group transportation.
We are organizing a discussion event for transport companies on Wednesday 6 March 2024 from 18-20 in Lohja. At the event, we will talk about the procurement and its preparation schedule, and we hope for ideas and comments, e.g. to the following matters: geographical areas, calusto, starting points and transportation pricing. The event can accommodate around 50 participants. We especially hope for local companies from different parts of the region to participate. Coffee will be served.
Service providers interested in procurement are asked to register for the discussion session byby 3 March 2024 by filling in the registration form. Participation in the discussion does not bind the service provider to participate in the tender, nor is it a prerequisiteae later for participating in the actual tender.
