Market dialogue focuses on the acquisition of the application management system of the fairway agency (Sampo) in preparation for the needs of the bus office. Sampo has been built Clarity ppm- Ready application (version 16.3.1) and has been configurated for the special needs of the fairway agency. Configuations include, for example, portlet views built on the fairway agency and internal system processes that include computing logic and connectivity to othersFor systems used by the bus office. The fairway agency has access to the Software Supplier Software Supplier in the system to determine the future errors in the system. System configuration maintenance and functioning are handled by application service.The application management service subject to this tendering consists of the maintenance service of the Sampo ERP system and the expert services on that system to be ordered separately.
