The city of Rovaniemi is planning a framework arrangement for tendered building cleaning services. The purpose is to tender for construction cleaning services in the Rovaniemi area for the properties ordered by the city of Rovaniemi when the need arises. The scope of the acquisition tentatively includes:- the cleaning of the demolition phase- maintenance cleaning during work - clearance cleaning - final cleaning - special cleaning - cleaning of site offices and social facilities. The goal is that the call for tenders will be published in February 2026 and the framework arrangement will come into force during the spring of 2026. GENERAL Please note that this is an invitation for market mapping (hereinafter the announcement), and this announcement does not yet solicit offers. All the information given in this announcement is preliminary and may change as the preparation progresses. Hansel Oy acts in a consultative role in the competition.
