Description of the acquisition
The city of Rovaniemi is preparing a tender for the procurement of maintenance and repair services for the elevators it owns and manages.
The goal is for the call for tenders to be published in February 2026.

Operators interested in procurement are asked to register soon, but no later than 2 December 2025 by 12:00 by sending the supplier's name and contact information via email to narbiletus@hansel.fi Please title the email:
As part of the registration, operators are requested to provide a brief description of the services they offer that are the subject of the market survey and to send answers to the following questions:
1. For which different elevator brands can the supplier offer elevator annual maintenance services?
2. For which different elevator brands can the supplier deliver spare parts?
3. Is there does the supplier have elevator maintenance personnel in Rovaniemi or what is the closest location to Rovaniemi where the supplier has elevator maintenance personnel?
