INVITATION TO THE MARKET SURVEY
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE
The goal of the contract and procurement model for temporary work in Finland's welfare areas is to create it in Sweden a procurement model for Finland that corresponds to the common procurement model for temporary work in use. Minister Kaisa Juuso launched the project situation scope to find out, manage temporary work and utilize the Swedish model in Finland.
The project applies to both hired work and work acquired as a purchase service personnel for the welfare areas' own production.
Project funding of 600,000 euros has been granted to the welfare region of Ostrobothnia for the period May 1, 2025-May 31, 2026. The project implemented for the welfare region of Ostrobothnia Hyvinvointialueyhtioe Hyvil Oy.
This could include, for example, YTA-specific supplier registers, so that we would have equal operating procedure for the acquisition of temporary work in welfare areas in Finland. In addition, it is intended to apply ceiling pricing in procurement.
The project also explores the prerequisites for a common electronic tool. Through market surveying, our goal is to find out what is ready to be found on the market tools for acquiring and managing temporary work.
The purpose of this market mapping is to find out the views of different welfare areas as well as potential suppliers.
