OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The Train Traffic Control (JKV) maintenance support service supports the need of the Finnish Railways Agency to maintain the JKV system on the state rail network. The Finnish Railways Agency acts as the customer, and the length of the service contract period and option options will be defined later. The main goal of the service is to simplify and improve the service and maintenance activities of the JKV system, so that cost-effectiveness, risk management and system reliability remain at a good level. The content of the service is divided into several to sets of tasks, the most significant of which is planning, creating and archiving temporary speed restrictions. This includes JKV and speed sign planning for speed limits, creating the necessary bali message files and creating work instructions for the implementation of the said installations. The plan must pass an internal inspection by another JKV planner by the service provider. The supplier must be responsible for the correctness of the plans and messages in relation to the supplied initial data and deliver them to the customer and stakeholders. When the speed limit is removed, the supplier must draw up removal plans, check them and remove the message files from the archiving systems within a week. In addition to this, the service includes JKV advice by phone and e-mail, from which a JKV specialist can be reached during normal service hours.
