- OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
The Finnish Railways Agency acts as the customer, and the length of the service contract period and option options will be defined later. The main goal of the service is to simplify and improve the service and maintenance operations of the JKV system, so that cost efficiency, risk management and the operational reliability of the system remain at a good level.
The content of the service is divided into several sets of tasks, the most significant of which is planning, making and filing. This includes JKV and speed sign planning for speed limits, creating the necessary bali message files, and making work instructions for the implementation of message installations. The plan must pass an internal inspection by another JKV planner by the service provider. The supplier must be responsible for the correctness of the plans and messages in relation to the supplied initial data, and deliver them to the customer and stakeholders. When the speed limit is removed, the supplier must draw up removal plans, check them and remove the message files from the archiving systems within a week.
If necessary, advice can also be provided as field work, which is invoiced separately from the maintenance person or contractor who ordered the work. Pal... - Documents:
