The market dialogue does not bind the parties participating in it, and no compensation is paid for participation. The purpose of the market dialogue is to inform and ask for feedback from market players about the procurement procedure to be launched in spring 2024, the form of implementation, the competence required from the bidder and re-resources, the content of the project and the boundary conditions and special features related to the procurement. According to the preliminary procurement plan, the Customer tenders two alliances with one procurement. One alliance is responsible for the western part of the project and the tunnel, and the other alliance is responsible for the eastern part of the project. Subscribera is also looking at other options for implementing the procurement, for example acquiring service providers of the alliance/alliances as 2 4 separate procurements. Market dialogue is carried out by organizing one-on-one market dialogue events for actors or groups interested in the projectyou The customer invites a sufficiently comprehensive number of interested actors to one-on-one meetings in terms of procurement preparation. When choosing the operators to be invited, the customer takes into account the fact that the selected operators represent a sufficiently wide range of experience relevant to the project.The events will be organized between 14 and 15 February 2024 in Vantaa, primarily as an in-person event.
