Description:
The acquisition of a day -to -day service for people with disabilities is the subject of a day -to -day activities under the new Disability Services Act (675/2023) for day activities (Section 25) and to persons with intellectual disabilities under the new Disability Services Act (675/2023) andwork activity (Section 27). During the three-year transitional period, these services will replace the daytime activities (8b) for severely disabled persons under the Old Disability Services Act (380/1987), as well as the Special Care Act (519/1977) for people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum.The Service (Section 2, Section 25), if the customer continues to meet all the conditions specified by law for the provision of the service.
