Description:
The acquisition of a day -to -day service for people with disabilities is the subject of a day -to -day activities under the new Disability Services Act (675/2023) for day activities (Section 25) and to persons with intellectual disabilities under the new Disability Services Act (675/2023) andwork activity (Section 27). During the three-year transitional period, these services will replace the day-to-day offices (Section 8b) for severely disabled persons under the Old Disability Services Act (380/1987), and under the Special Care Act (519/1977) for people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum.The service (§ 2, 25) if the customer continues to fulfill all conditions defined by law for the granting of the service.
