The basic functionality required for the solution is: • Loan maintenance (eg mortgages) [estimate of the number of pieces of 1,500] • Security Management [Real Estate Strawing, ASOY) • Lending annual announcement to the taxpayer • Customer informationMaintenance • Customer Accounts [estimate of the number of pieces 11,500] • Calculation of loans and client accounts • Withholding tax• Reports, the City of Helsinki wants to hear market players in market dialogue on the launch of Statistics. Market dialogue is not part of tendering. The information obtained in the market dialogue is used internally to prepare tendering.
