This is neither a contract notice nor a call for tenders, but an invitation to market dialogue service providers in the market.
During the market survey, the contracting entity will map the package services on the market for the preparation of the procurement.
Market dialogue enroll via emailAt Hankinnat@etelasavonha.fi under the title "Eloisan Package Services" by 1.8.2025. When registering, service providers are asked to provide brochures and materials for their services on the market.
Package Services refers to outside the welfare areaServices of parcels to be shipped. Services include, for example, packages, pallets and rollers sending home to clients, receipt letters, cargo services, heat -regulated transportation, receipt letters, instant packages.Agree on service provider-specific presentations with Teams. The presentations will be held according to a preliminary schedule this week starting August 18, 2025.
Organizing a market dialogue as part of a market survey does not oblige the contracting entity to carry out the actual procurement or oblige the contracting entityto implement the acquisition as described in the market dialogue. The contracting entity is not obliged to take into account the information obtained during the market dialogue in the preparation of any invitation to tender.
