This is not a contract notice, but an invitation to market dialogue.
The contract period sought is from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027, after which the contract may continue to be an indefinite period.
Publication date of the procurement noticewill be specified as the preparation progresses.

Participants who are willing for market dialogue will be submitted for a preliminary tender for comment. Comments, feedback and observations will be made by April 11, 2025.
Market dialogue does not bind participating journalists to participate in the plannedAcquisition. In addition, the market dialog does not bind the contracting entity in the implementation of a possible procurement. The final procurement to be implemented may also differ from preliminary plans. The material supplied shall be treated confidentially in accordance with Article 24 (1) (20) of the Publicity Act.
