This is an invitation to market dialogue, not a contract notice. Market dialogue is linked to a possible future acquisition of recruitment consulting services designed by Monetra Oulu Oy's procurement services to its customers. The targets and grouping of the acquisition will be specified and determined by possible publishing by invitation to tender. Initially, recruitment consulting services are subject to the acquisition. The final content may be specified in the final invitation to tender to be published later. With the invitation, we ask for providers interested in procurement to enroll and participate later to the dialogue for the acquisition of entities. The dialogue seeks information on providers in the recruitment service market and the characteristics of the services available in relation to the needs of the subscribers. The aim is to get feedback and possible development proposals to prepare In addition to the subscriber organizations/ contracting entities mentioned in this notification, other subscribers may also be involved in the procurement. Subscribers will be specified in the final invitation to tender to be published.
