- The City of Turku is preparing tendering for the City of Turku's personnel training in connection with data protection, security and artificial intelligence literacy training. An open procedure is used as the procurement procedure. The contract period begins on 1.1.2026 (target). Acquired Service Country City Acquires Personnel Training To ensure the security, data protection and artificial intelligence literacy skills of the City of Turku. Training should include general areas, as well as targeted classes/groups/roles (eg educational and teaching, expert, trustee) Sub-regions.The acquisition is tentatively divided into the following components: Privacy Training Content in Appendix 1 In Appendix 1 Annex 2 In Appendix 2 Artificial Intelligence Requirements (EU Artificial Intelligence Requirements) Contents of Artificial Intelligence Literacy) In Appendix 3, the technical requirements In Appendix 4.
