The acquisition focuses on ticket sales for Tampere-House Group's own production, co-production and rental production events, related services and systems, e-commerce for tickets and services, and marketing support for the Group.Service package to get:
• User-friendly and multi-channel ticketing service that serves different customer groups flexibly
• Scalable system that serves your own boats, Tampere House and Tuulensuu Palace, Events, and Events outside these eventsNeeds
• Opportunity to combine multiple services/products (tickets, food, accommodation and other products) purchasing one of the e -commerce purchasing path and payment transaction
• Comprehensive service range including customer data, internal reporting (including sales data and table reporting) for several restaurant operators)and marketing automation.
• Segmented customer data analysis and utilization to support reporting and marketing
• Integration readiness eg. For websites, marketing automation, cash register system and CRM, the acquisition is to be tendered using either the Procurement Act (1397/2016)a negotiation procedure or a competitive negotiation procedure.
