Description:
This is an invitation to market info. This notification is not a prior notice, a call for tenders, a contract notice or an invitation to the negotiating procedure, and the publication of the notification will not begin a tender. Espoon Asunnot Oy is planning to re-renovate its renovation and renovation projects andlaunching the first renovation of the queue project during 2025. According to the preliminary schedule, the concept design phase of the queue model, the implementation of the objects and the actual construction will be carried out in stages in 2025-2028. The acquisition would include three propertiesStages of renovation (as a queue) by one main contractor. The contract would be implemented as a collaborative project management contract or alliance and the procurement procedure for the negotiating procedure.The tendering should be carried out during the summer and autumn 2025. The concept planning phase related to the Joito model should be completed during the rest of 2025 and the development phase of the first property should be launched in early 2026 and construction work in late summer 2026.The design and construction schedule will be further designed with the selected contractor during the contract.
