Description:
This is not a invitation to tender, but an invitation to a two-centered market dialogue organized by the Southwest Finland Welfare Area of a project management contract.
The building site includes the Southwest Finland Welfare Welfare Area Psychiatry New Building II contract includedWork performance with purchases completely.
The contract starts 3/2026 and completed 4/2029. The extent of the construction of the construction is approximately 24455 brm2. The recipients of hospital activities are 13907 smile. The address of the site is Sirkkalankatu 1A. The building site is located in part I,block 36. The new building of the II phase is located along Sirkkalan Street and Lemminkaisenkatu. The building area is limited by Villa Medica Sirkkalankatu and the I-phase of the new psychiatric building along Kiinamyllynkatu.
During the II project II, the building is located in youth psychiatry, pediatric psychiatry,There are five states of the elderly, neuro- and dependence psychiatry, mood disorders and psychosis, and function and physiotherapy, and there are five beds. About 28 outpatient units and an eating disorder units, which include a day hospital and Turku Hospital School, will also be transferred to the building.
