Description:
The city of Vaasa (hereafter the "Client") requests, based on an open procurement procedure, a bid for the implementation of the Isolahti Gerby rental daycare project in accordance with the request for tender and its attachments. The procurement concerns the Isolahti Gerby daycare center of the city of Vaasa about the rental daycare project. The project is a rental daycare with a capacity of 150 children. The daycare center has facilities for 8 groups and an additional staff of 40-45 people. The acquisition covers the maintenance and user services of the target building to be agreed during the rental period. The project implementer is responsible for the usability and conditions of the building for the planned lease period of approx. 20-30 years. The goal is to sign the lease at the beginning of 2027 and start construction work in the spring of 2027. Furnishing will start in July 2028. The date of commissioning of the site is the beginning of August 2028. The developer of the project will rent the daycare site from the city. The rental property is a children's daycare center built and owned by the landlord according to approx. 2010.5 hym2. (Does not include wall structures.)
