Description:
We ask you for a contract offer for the contract mentioned in the title in accordance with the tender documents. The contract obligations and other terms and conditions are set out in the draft agreement and in other tendering documents.
The project includes the construction of the Isolahti School Expanding project below in accordance with documents. The new building is nearly 2100KEM2 a separate building that combines an existing school in the gateway. The gateway crosses the area's water sewer and district heating trunk lines. The more detailed content is presented in the tender documents.
Documents on procurement are in the Haahtela project bank. The application for participation attached to the invitation to tender must be submitted signed to the following email addresses: maria.osterholm@vaasa.fi and teemu.ranta@vaasa.fi. Due to the holidays, the link is available at the earliest 14.7.2025. We ask to use email as a subject: Isolahti School extension/application for participation. The signed application for participation will be submitted to the email address to the E -mail address stated in the application to the Haahtela Project Bank.
The project will be implemented as a total contract according to the plans commissioned by the customer. The total contractor works in the project as the main contractor and the main implementer.
