- Various types of biological samples such as blood samples, CSF etc. will be used for isolation of living cells, including but not limited to CTCs. These cells will then be used for further studies including culturing of the isolated cells, sequencing, high throughput drug testing etc. Instrument should be able to isolate cells based on the size of the cells, thereby enriching the sample with a particular subtype of cells.
