Description:
North Karelia's procurement agency is asking for an offer for IT equipment, desktop computers, laptops, computer peripherals and software, AV equipment, installation services and mobile phones leasing financing and life cycle management. The contract is drawn up on the selected Thuwith the imitator for the period 1.6.2024 - 31.5.2026. The contract can be extended with an option of one (1) one (1) year.
The duration of leasing contracts is 36-60 months per device. As a rule, the devices are replaced with new ones when the rental period of the objects ends.
The subscriber does not commit to a certain brand of device, but kilpails and chooses the device brands and purchase locations himself and takes care of the maintenance and configuration management of the devices himself. Equipment is purchased based on a framework agreement from one or more suppliers or as separate purchases. The customer insures the equipment he rents himself.
The offer is binding and it will comee to prepare in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish.
The service must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities.
