• Additional letter 1, dated 19.1.2026, the offer form has been changed: We are asking for an option price refund for the yard's water and sewer installations, including materials. Includes the above-mentioned works for which PU is responsible, from the outer wall lines of the buildings facing the yard. The acquisition includes Itä-Hakkila school, basic improvement and new section - project pipeline works in accordance with the contract calculation documents. The work is done according to the plans drawn up by the customer. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor. The customer acquires the following as subordinate subcontracts to the main contractor: plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation works. The construction contractor also acts as the main implementer of the object during the contract period and as the contractor responsible for site management duties and site services. The contract tender is carried out using an open procedure. In the request for tenders, the customer has specified the eligibility/suitability conditions required of the tenderer. The contractor who gave the cheapest (comparison price) offer and meets the eligibility criteria will be selected as the pipe contractor. Part of site B will be completely demolished and replaced by a new building new part. Parts A and C will be renovated according to the plans. The pavilion building is also subject to minor repairs and alterations. The site is not in use during construction.
