• Additional letter 1, Specification of VD and form numbers on 20.1.2026 The procurement includes the work of the ventilation contract for the Itä-Hakkila school, basic improvement and new part project in accordance with the contract calculation documents. The works are carried out according to the plans drawn up by the customer by. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor. The customer acquires the following subcontracts to the main contract: plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation contracts. The construction contractor also acts as the main executor of the object during the contract and of the site as a contractor responsible for management duties and site services. The contract tender is carried out using an open procedure. In the request for tenders, the customer has specified the eligibility/suitability conditions required of the tenderer. The one who gave the cheapest (comparison price) offer the contractor who meets the eligibility criteria is selected as the ventilation contractor. Part of site B will be completely demolished and a new part will be built in its place. Parts A and C will be renovated according to the plans.
