Description of the acquisition: Alva is centrally responsible for the general ICT acquisitions of the entire Group. The services subject to the procurement are provided to the parent company and its subsidiaries. The acquisition is the ICT service package including: The following services: - Helpdesk (remote support and local support) - workstation services andtheir life cycle management (equipment, operating systems, applications) - Mobile Equipment Support Service - Application Package and Distribution - Licensing - IT Infrastructure Services: o Server Capacity Management and Maintenance o Database Servers ManagementManagement and maintenance o Remote services o Identification services o 24/7 Expert emergency services and control over IT infrastructure.
