This request for information is used to map the market and obtain information about the purchase. The subject of the market survey is the acquisition of remote access system user licenses, maintenance and support services. The acquisition includes approximately 75 user licenses as well as possible updates and technical support during the contract period. HUS currently has uses the BeyondTrust solution, but the goal of the market survey is to find out the solutions on the market that enable remote support (BeyondTrust or similar) without committing to a specific supplier or product. We are interested in solutions, which enable a data-secure way to provide remote support for the organization's workstations and mobile devices.
