Description:
The municipality of Iiti is requesting annual bids for the years 2026 and 2027 on the basis of the framework arrangement principle for the IV and LV works of the properties and condominiums of the municipality of Iiti regarding maintenance and minor repairs. Investment projects are generally not part of the framework arrangement scope - on a case-by-case basis, small investment procurements of up to 15,000 euros can be carried out within the scope of the framework arrangement. The rules to be followed in procurements are explained in the section "Purchase object" for more information. The procurement procedure is open. The anticipated value of the procurement does not exceed the national limit. The participants in the competition/suppliers of the framework arrangement are not entitled to any compensation related to participation in the competition/framework arrangement: there is no payment for making an offer, the price estimate there is no payment for giving, there is no payment for the submission of statements in accordance with the Subscriber Liability Act, and there is no payment for other similar participation. Prices must be stated without VAT. Prices are not tied to an index. The municipality belongs to construction services subject to reverse VAT. The municipality does not guarantee the annual purchase amount, but purchases are made as needed.
