• Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy (hereinafter "Client") requests your offer for the facade and water roof repairs at Pellonkulmantie 6 (04430, Järvenpää) in accordance with the request for tender and its attachments. The target of the repair project is the one owned by Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy terraced house, which includes 36 apartments with separate movable warehouses as well as maintenance and transformer buildings. The buildings were built in 1996. The object is a townhouse property located in the Pellonkulma district of Järvenpää (property code 186-014-1405-0003) whose area is 10,614 m2. The bidder must familiarize himself with the object being offered and the conditions prevailing there before submitting the bid. The construction site is handed over to the contractor in the condition it is in at the time of the offer. The contractor can get acquainted to the destination in the yard area on your own without disturbing the residents. With regard to the internal premises, a site familiarization will be organized at the following times: - Wednesday 21 April 2026 at 09:00 - Wednesday 28 April 2026 at 09:00 The tenderer must participate in at least one from the above-mentioned target familiarization. The tenderer informs the procurement unit in advance (hankinnat@mestaritoiminta.fi) in which target familiarization it intends to participate.
