• The subject of the repair project is the repair of the facade and water roof of the common maintenance building of two apartment buildings owned by Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy at Seutulantie 9 and 11, along with the necessary plumbing work. The building to be repaired includes apartment buildings common maintenance facilities such as shelters / chattel warehouses, club rooms and laundry with related facilities.
