• Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") requests your offer for the yard work at Wärtsilänkatu 18 (04410, Järvenpää) in accordance with the request for tender and its attachments. The object is an apartment building located in the Pajala district of Järvenpää (property ID 186-008-0801-0006), whose area is 5378 m2. The contract includes alteration and renovation work in the yard areas. In addition, the contract includes the construction of yard lights and electrical supplies as well as rainwater lines according to the plans. The contract includes following the plans rock excavation (estimate 45 m3ktr). The contract price should be calculated based on the estimate and the unit price of the excavation work will be given with the offer. The realized quantity and cost of the excavation work will be discussed in the final financial statement. The customer requires that the tenderer is familiarized himself with the object being offered and the conditions prevailing there before making the offer.
