• The city of Savonlinna's procurement services is asking for an offer for the organization of Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy's ICT services for the contract period 01/05/2026 - 30/04/2029. If Savonlinna city procurement services terminates the contract no later than six (6) one month before the end of the contract period, the contract ends on April 30, 2029. If the contract is not terminated until the end of the contract period, the contract continues indefinitely with a notice period of six (6) months. If the contract continues, will apply the procurement contract under the former conditions, in accordance with those that are valid at the end of the contract period. When submitting the offer and signing the procurement contract, the contract supplier agrees that the contract will continue indefinitely, if the procurement services of the city of Savonlinna so wish. The ICT service complex to be procured consists of the following services: 1) Taking over the current space (commissioning project) 2) So far, continuous service production 3) Network, information security and quality control and - management services 4) Centralized support, management and expert services The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish.
