Description:
The object of the procurement is maintenance and basic cleaning services for facilities managed by Jyvaeskylae University of Applied Sciences.
The sites to be cleaned are located in the Jyvaeskylae Urban Area, with the exception of the Bioeconomics Institute in Saarijaervi.
The cleaning service contract includes maintenance and basic cleaningand the tools, materials, machines and personnel costs necessary to produce them.
The contract is initially limited to 1 August 2023 31 July 2025 and will continue to be valid until further notice.
There will be an information session about the acquisition and target presentations of the Main Campus, Dynamo and Turbini on Thursday23/02/2023. The information event will be held on the main campus at Rajakatu 35 in room D148 at from 8.00. Target presentations will be organized after the information session. The bioeconomy institute's target presentation will take place on Friday, February 24, 2023 at from 9:00 a.m. and the Team Academy, Guest House and Smart Hometarget introductions at from 12:00. The tenderer is required to participate in the information session and the target presentations of the Main Campus and Dynamo. Participation in Friday's target presentations is voluntary. You must register for the information session and target presentations on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 12:00 pastby e-mail to hankinnat@jamk.fi. The message must be sent with the title "registration / cleaning services". The name of the bidder and the participants must be mentioned in the message.
