The national joint seminar of Liikkuva early childhood education, Liikkuva school and Liikkuva study programs The mobile and learning community (venue with catering). The programs are funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The Board of Education and the Education Department are responsible for their strategic management Ministry of Culture. The programs are coordinated by Likes at the Jyvaskyla University of Applied Sciences. The Mobile Early Childhood Education, Mobile School and Mobile Study programs belong to the Liikkuvat entity, which promotes an active lifestyle in different age and population groups in accordance with the government program. Programs financed by the Ministry of Education and Culture, which creates the conditions for an active lifestyle for the entire population. The goal is that the Finnish population moves sufficiently in terms of their health and well-being. The goals for promoting a physical lifestyle are set in the Sports Act. The goals are promotes the opportunities of different population groups to move and exercise, the well-being and health of the population, the maintenance and improvement of physical function, and the growth and development of children and young people. In implementing the goals, the starting points are gender equality, equality, community spirit, multiculturalism, healthy lifestyles and respect for the environment and sustainable development.
